Cancellation policy: Flexible

The guest can cancel the event 3 days before the event, with no charge (except the ATIKO service fee we charge them when they book).

If the guest cancels the event between 3 days and the day of the event, we refund 50% to the guest and we transfer you 50% of the booking.

If the guest cancels the day of the event, we transfer you 100% of the booking

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before the event starts

Security Deposit is always refunded if the reservation is canceled before the event starts

If the guest cancels within 9 days before the event, we transfer you 100% of the booking

The guest can cancel the event 48 hours after the booking has been confirmed, with no charge (except the ATIKO service fee we charge them when they book).

If the guest cancels after 48 hours from the date of the booking confirmation, we transfer you 100% of the booking

Security Deposit is always refunded if the reservation is canceled before the event starts
